While the dr himself seemed ok, the nurse or pa did most of the visit. She was not very child friendly and did not attempt to make my infant feel comfortable being stuck. It was annoying that they were unable to do bloodwork at the office and that required me to take additional time off from work to get it done elsewhere. When I called to see if results were in the woman on my the line was nasty.
