They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Proper amounts of sedation is lacking. Otherwise my husband and I love Dr. Mike.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
