I was told my appointment was a certain time so I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out paper work. I was told when I got there my appointment wasn't for another forty minutes and they misinform all new clients their appointments are 30 minutes early so they can fill out paperwork. I was upset I was mislead and had to wait unnecessarily in the waiting room especially since there was only 4 pieces of paper to fill out. When I talked to the chiropractor that I was upset they didn't seem to care.
