I can't comment on Mr Morrison's chiropractic adjustment capabilities; I never got an adjustment. I bought a groupon for "Chiropractic Services", but apparently these services did not include an adjustment. This seemed sleazy to me.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed fairly current and safe. It wasn't state-of-the-art, but it got the job done. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
