They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
