They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Susan F. Glaser. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back and see them again. They were horrible. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
