My teenage daughter suffers greatly from anxiety as well as an eating disorder. She has been in and out of therapy several times. My psychiatrist was the one who referred Gwen Brehm for her DBT program. So we decided to go ahead and make an appt for a consultation. I asked to speak with her on the phone before the meeting. She actually returned my call that day, which is always nice. When we met her, we noticed that she had a very friendly and empathetic way about her. My daughter took to her immediately. Gwen even worked with us on an affordable price for individual sessions plus the DBT group. It’s been months now and I have to say that I have seen a difference in my daughter! She still has her “moments” but it is nowhere how it used to be. I owe a great thanks to Gwen for helping my daughter live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
