As a contemporary psychoanalytically trained psychodynamic therapist, I work with adults and adolescents in exploring issues of self-esteem, disturbances of mood, and difficulties in love and work relationships. My clients find a safe environment in which to communicate and explore. In carrying this over to the outside world, one finds a strengthened sense of self-identify, an increased ability to decide and carry out goals, and a voice that can speak up in today's challenging world.

I am accepting new patients for both psychoanalysis and for psychoanalytically influenced psychotherapy. Psychoanalysis can help you make sense of how you have become who you are and why you do and feel the things you do. This allows for new freedoms, both emotional and interpersonal.
Being bi-lingual and my having practiced psychotherapy in the United States and abroad allows me a heightened sensitivity to my client's diverse life experiences. My patients find my multicultural perspective useful in opening communicational divides that are often a source of concern for those newly seeking help.
