I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I once feared seeing a therapist since I had a scewed view of therapists due to past experieces. A close friend of mine introduced me to Carrie Zerling and I reluctantly called her. After my first session, I couldn't believe how I have waited this long to utilize her services. Carrie had and still has such a tremendous passion for me as a human being and she clearly understood what I needed from her as soon as the first session. To this day, I am coping with things in a better fashion and my life has completely opened up new doors for new beginnings since I started meeting with her. Anyone who needs self help, relationship counseling, sex therapy, you name it, Carrie's therapy is worth pursuing for assistance. Words cannot describe her extraordinary skill set as a therapist and as a person who cares to help you arrive at the right decisions for your own life. I now feel empowered, I have a tremendous amount of self confidence and I am able to conquer so much more than I ever dreamed of since she gave me real "tools" to work with. I believe that Carrie sets a high bar for other professionals in her field. She is just that great!
