I saw Stacie for about three and a half months. There were moments where she was helpful, and at times I felt that she was receptive to my feedback. However, I was looking for a positive, uplifting, and goal-oriented approach to therapy, and I didn't find it with Stacie. I started to notice that I would leave her office more anxious and upset than when I came. I felt that her approach was inappropriate at times and that she sometimes jumped to conclusions, which was very unhelpful. I think that if I hadn't stopped seeing her when I did, she could have done some damage to my mental health. She may be helpful to some people, but I would also advise anyone seeing her to be careful, as I was never able to trust her.
