They make no effort to make me feel special. One area of improvement that this business is in need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.'

She also told members of my family things that were meant to be kept secret. She misconstrued everything I said and went to go tell my estranged father everything. She pushed me to meet with with him far before I was ready. She has no concept of privacy and an elementary understanding of social skills. She continuously repeated herself and would often interrupt whilst I tried to explain things. One time we spent 20 minutes talking about her family which had little relevance to my situation at all. Going here was one of my worst decisions. I regret going with every bone in my body. She even told my father whom I had not talked to for a month that I was extremely depressed and suicidal. I was over 18 at the time and living with my Mother. She had no legal or moral right to tell him anything. She shouldn't have a license.
