Kristin really helped me through some very difficult times. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist. She really seems to understand and care about her clients. She was caring, compassionate, and really helped me. I liked that she takes a very holistic approach to treatment and she didn't push medication, at all like so many people do now a days. She really respected my wishes to avoid medication and worked with me to help me get better without medication. I love that. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Starting therapy can be a little scary but I felt at ease as soon as I met her. She is easily accessible and there was no waiting list to get on. If IRC she was able to fit me into her schedule within a day or two of my calling. She actually talked to me on the phone before I saw her for the first time. Other places I called I was only able to talk to the receptionist and schedule an appointment.
