They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
