I have seen Jeff Crouch for years. He cancels 95% of appts. He never returns phone calls. He is extremely difficult to reach and one day just decided he was done with therapy so I quit. I cannot have a therapist drop in whenever they feel like it. I don't get the feeling he truly cares about his patients. He only gives out 30 min sessions and overbooks. Sessions should be an hr. He's always in a hurry. He does not seem truly vested in his patients or really care about them.

Jeffrey Crouch was extremely difficult to reach via phone and I had to leave repeated messages before he would call back. In addition to this, on several occasions, another client was sitting and waiting for their appointment when my husband and I arrived for our appointment. The most upsetting thing happened on the last time that we saw Mr. Crouch. He became visibly angry with us and used profanity in an unprofessional manner. We left his office and I never called back for another appointment. In the months since this happened, Mr. Crouch never called back to see how we were and/or if we wanted to resume seeing him.
