Inattentive and dismissive
We saw Dr. Smith for almost 4 months. She was constantly forgetting things my child told her as well as instructions she would give us. It was a direct punch to my child who was already struggling with being looked over, left out and forgotten. The final straw was her cancelling on us and never following up afterwards. $1000’s of dollars wasted and more importantly precious time I could have gotten my child real help.
