With 30+ years of experience working with adults and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety and trauma, drug and alcohol problems, marital problems, and performance problems both at work at home or in life. I bring to my practice knowledge of tried and true practices as well as the new cutting edge techniques coming out of the neuroplasticity and brain research fields. This research proves that the brain can change and grow in new ways never before thought possible. And sometimes a limited number of people who have been on medication for years can cut back or even come of the medicine entirely. I work collaboratively with physicians whenever possible.
