Finding the right therapist for you is essential for treatment to be effective. I am a solo, independent practitioner (#LCS17999), Board Certified Diplomate, and I specialize in individual therapy and counseling (ages 16-59) for depression, anxiety, grief and loss ( especially loss of mother). I was trained and educated at UCLA, and have practiced therapy for the past 23 years. I view the therapy process as a collaborative one. My approach is authentic, straightforward, down to earth, solution- focused and nonjudgmental.
