Dr. Abueg, a licensed psychologist, diagnoses, treats and provides expert testimony for individuals who have survived traumas and who suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, panic disorder and addictions. He consults with attorneys, primary care physicians, other health professionals, corporate and business leaders with regard to both clinical and forensic psychology. He has been active for more than 20 years in research, training and supervision in the field of psychological trauma. He was the former associate director for research at the National Center for PTSD in Menlo Park for 10 years and served on the volunteer clinical faculty of Stanford Department of Psychiatry. He has volunteered his services in research, consultation and/or direct services in 14 different national and international disasters.
