We are a Polestar Pilates certified studio. We offer mat, reformer and private Pilates classes.
Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body equipment that includes 2 Cadillacs Trapeze Tables, Reformers, Towers, Ladder Barrel and various equipment for Mat classes.
Our certified instructors are well experienced in working with a variety of individuals ranging from post rehabilitation to high performing athletes. We offer flexible classes that will work around your schedule.

Our philosophy is working with the mind-body connection and help create balance. We establish a routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination but tailored to each individual's needs.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They offer affordable pricing that fit my budget.
