They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They didn't really teach me anything new, so I wouldn't say they were much of an expert, but they weren't horrible. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
