Lisa Faremouth-Weber, E-RYT, RCYP

Lisa Faremouth Weber E-RYT, RCYP is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer for both adults and children. Currently Lisa has completed Level II Shiastu Massage Training. She opened Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio in 2005 located on Central Street in Evanston, Illinois.

Lisa has developed her intuitive healing ability and shares that awareness through her yoga classes, private sessions and consultations. She has studied with the top yoga instructors in the country including: Rodney Yee, David Life, Baron Baptiste, Beryl Bender Birch, David Swenson, John Friend, Erich Shiffman, Stephen Cope, Bryan Kest, Shiva Rhea, Duncan Wong, Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Gurhmuhk and more.

Lisa graduated from Northwestern University and completed her yoga instructor training at Moksha Yoga in Chicago. Prior to teaching yoga, Lisa was a certified personal trainer and group exercise leader traveling worldwide leading fitness training workshops. She is a published author and media producer. Lisa received her spiritual name, Sat Inder Kaur from Yogi Bhajan in 2004

Services We are Evanston's first, and the North Shore's only, "Green" yoga studio. We have used earth-friendly and sustainable building products such as bamboo floors, low toxicity paints, recycled paper products and eco-friendly yoga mats to create a high vibration for your yoga and healing practice.

Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life.

Not only were they respectful and friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are very good at what they do, and are able to tailor their instruction to help class members with injuries, without disrupting anyone else in the class. I was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
