Kristy Vicari, DC, RYT

She teaches yoga throughout the East Bay Area and has been a student of yoga for over 13 years. Her training background in yoga is very diverse. She presently teaches a very individualized class based in Anusara Yoga, which weaves together exploration, awareness, opening and alignment of the mind and body. Grace and celebration guide it, with a playful and creative edge and a nurturing guidance. She also teaches theraputic classes to restore and rejuvenate the being. They leave you relaxed and feeling divine. Her prenatal and Post Partum classes are incredibly popular, supportive and healing.
