I have been a yoga teacher for more than 39 years. I have a strong background working with people with special needs, such as MS, Arthritis, Cancer, etc. I am the Director of Mobility Limited, a company that produces and distributes therapeutic yoga videos such as Yoga for Arthritis that I made in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation. I also am the Director of Lymphedema Seminars, a company that holds educational seminars throughout the country at different hospitals, for occupational and physical therapists in the field of lymphedema.
