This was my husband and my 1st visit to Dr. Dilger. We enjoyed our visit which is unusual for a visit to the dentist! Dr. Dilger was extremely friendly and courteous.
He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't experience any pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
