Chianelli's staff was competent and relatively friendly. Their office is in a good neighborhood, but parking is at a premium and the office space leaves a lot to be desired. It's tiny.

But the real problem is the dentist himself, Chianelli. He's fairly competent, at least as far as I can tell from two visits... But I've seen dentists for almost 50 years, and he is singularly the most arrogant, condescending jerk I've ever seen wearing that white coat.

I really don't know what his problem is, but he makes you feel as though he's doing you a favor by seeing you, instead of the other way around. And I have pretty thick skin, so I know I'm not imagining it or he was just "having a bad day." He's a tool.

Don't believe me? Well, go see for yourself. But you've been warned. I'm NEVER going back.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
