They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. The office was hard to find - it is in a house. The dentist wasn't friendly to my son at all. The staff was nice enough. The denstist right away says "your son needs braces" he is 12 years old and all the other dentists he has ever been to before never mentioned braces. I will never go to this dentist again. I recommend you as a parent to go to this guy before subjecting your poor kids to him.

Response to -Bob: Unfortunately, some six-year-olds are not cooperative at the dentist's office. We were NEVER rude to this patient, and he was appropriately referred to a pediactric dentist in Lancaster for treatment for an infection stemming from a cavity in one of his "baby" teeth. This young man was informed by a relative that he was going to have to "have a shot in his gums" before treatment, and was understandably upset. "Bob" was never present for any of his son's visits.
