They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that he gave me an injection. I was fully entertained the entire time. Especially the wonderful jokes! Another thing I love about them is the girls at the front desk & the hygienists. They really do brighten my day.
