I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
