If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
