They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I had considerable pain during the dental procedure. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort, as if pain was something I just needed to deal with. I'm not sure I would be comfortable with anything more than a routine cleaning in this dental office.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
