Wanted to make an appointment for myself and two children but they said they could only see two family members on one day so I made three appointments for two days. Got there early to fill out paper work but after waiting an hour I began to think this wasn't a good start. Asked how much longer it would be and they told me at least 20 more minutes. I decided my anxious and bored kids had had enough and asked to cancel all three appointments. I also asked for my paperwork back with my health history, ss#, date of birth, etc. They have me 2 sheets and I shooved it in my purse. Not even 5 minutes later they are calling me to tell me they have me someone else's paperwork!!!! I drove back to return it and they met me in the parking lot. I expect they didn't want anyone waiting still to be made aware of their BIG mistake! I would recommend this office. Doctor may or may not be great but office needs some help! Not worth the risk or wait!!!!
