I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. I get the feeling people would rather wait a couple weeks to see them than going somewhere else. Their prices are very reasonable and I'm told they have not increased their fees for several years so their patients can get the treatment they need. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I was referred to Dr. Herb Postle by a friend. I told her how petrified I was of the dentist and she told me how wonderful he was. She's not a scaredy cat like me so I was skeptical. I shouldn't have been. From the minute I walked into the office to the time I left, every single person in that office was friendly and comforting. The office is spotless and beautiful, and there wasn't a trace of that awful, nauseating "dentist's office smell." There are TVs on every exam chair, which seemed like a waste because my wait time was almost nothing (I started reading an article in the waiting room, took it with me to the chair and never did finish it). As to the doctor, well.. I've never thanked a dentist in my life, and I've left more than one in tears. Dr. Postle, on the other hand, made me feel like I was visiting for tea. He was patient, he was understanding, he was professional. I never once felt foolish for being afraid or rushed as if he had better things to do. I got the distinct impression that Dr. Postle loves his job and his patients. Last note: the ladies at the desk. At check in, and when I made my follow up appointment and left, again - friendly, welcoming, patient with my never ending questions and full schedule. I can't rave enough about everyone in this office. And I never thought I would say this, but I don't dread going back! :) Brandy Givens, Columbus OH
