While working with on receptionist, another older woman decided she needed to control all things and with limited information and the lack of ability to listen completely ruined the entire process. Very rude behavior.
I would not send any of my personal friends to this office. When I asked the older woman to stay out of it, she stated " I have been here for 23 years ". Not sure what her point was. Maybe it is time to head for the pasture. It is true what they say.......You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
