As for Dr.Schneider, very Professional! Now the reason I give a 1 star. The billing department decided it was up to them to run my Debit Card without my permission. They had my information from my 1st visit when I did my cleaning and bought a Sonic Care toothbrush. When they felt like ILLEGALLY running my card without my permission it caused my account to acquire over $150.00 in overdraft fees which she doesn't feel they are responsible for. When I told her that what she did was illegal and I was going to my bank if she did not reverse the charges, she told my wife that she reversed the charges and that if it did not post by the following morning to call her right away. It didn't post so my wife called, and the message stated that they were close due to the 4th of July Holiday and they would reopen on Tuesday. This was Thursday morning!!!! Even though they know what they did was illegal, they don't feel that they are responsible for the overdraft fees that they caused, but have no problem calling me EVERY DAY asking for money. I acknowledge I owe for the services that they provided, but they owe for the FINACIAL DAMAGES they caused!
