First off let me point out Denny Wendel has been great.
Back in November I was having some tooth pain so went to Aspen dental and they wanted to pull some teeth and make me a bridge.. it was going to cost me $1000- $1200 out of pocket. I called Denny as a personal friend knowing he works with teeth he recommended I come get a 2nd opinion. I did, the dr. & one of the lady's talked me into doing Vanieers, it would cost a little more $1200 - $1500 but in the long run they said will be way better.. I agree, they do a root canal for the pain issue. I go back 2 weeks ago for a 3hr appointment. They grind my teeth down to pegs and make a temp and put in.. looks great. Said come back in 2 weeks and the permanent will be in.. Im super excited.. It starts to get about 5 days before my appt so I call and let them know, if my permanent comes is let me know I will come in early because the temp is getting loose and a little sensitive..
I get a call yesterday around noon. THE DAY BEFORE my appointment, and told I need to have $2400 to get my permanent put in??? You have to be shitting me thats double what I was told up-front and I was just there for 3 hrs 2 weeks ago, called 5 days ago and no one could let me know I needed all this money???
I am furious, frustrated, disappointed. I call a friend (old boss) and he agrees to lend me the money but is in Florida, he flies in Sunday and will meet me Monday and give me cash! Phone call I did not want to make but I will get my teeth and be good.. I show up for my appt at 10:30am write a check for the $2400 and ask to just not deposit it untill monday so I get the money in b4.. 11am I get called back in a room and on a phone with "the biller" she says they cant do that. Now I have been in the car business for 12 years. We hold checks all the time for $10-$30k for sometimes a week or 2. I just need the weekend.. and they will not do it.. mind you I live in Bay City and this is Augres.
Ive heard alot bad things about this place but until now they have been good. STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL BACK YOU INTO A STICKY CITUATION AND LIE TO GET YOU ON THE HOOK. I will go somewhere else now and get a new permanent made...
