1 point for friendliness of staff. -10 points for telling me that I needed $6,000.00 in gum work done. A second opinion recommended a deep cleaning and said that if I took care I might never need the services that Sterling said I needed now. Shame on them!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
