Dr. Elshafei's office is by far the best dental office I have been in. Dr. Elshafei is extremely warm, pleasant and always makes you feel like you are the most important patient that has stepped into her office. I've taken my daughters to her as well, and they were so happy after their visits. It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dental Care provider can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in as soon as possible if I'm having an emergency. This provider has a great reputation in our community. Yes, I was given high recommendations about going to them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me and asked lots of questions.
