Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. My appointments felt very rushed. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while.Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Overall I have never been able to fix the poor job that was done with my dental implants. I have since been through a significant amount of pain and suffering because of what Dr Shapiro did to my mouth and I am about to go through it again. That is not mentioning the financial side of the story and the money I have and will continue to pay because of the care rendered to me. He did not deliver the product he sold to me. Please to anyone out there do not trust your dental care to this individual.

I did not feel like my needs were met and was basically charged for an unsuccessful procedure. When I informed the dentist that I was not happy with the results he informed me that "if I was better at sitting still the procedure would have come out better" I do not recommend this individual to anyone. He did an awful job restoring my mouth and I have since had to go to multiple specialist to fix what he did unfortunately and I still have a long road ahead to fix all his work.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

No, they were fully staffed

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
