Specifically, This client had a 20 year history with this Dentist. I ignored small glitches untill Dr. Goldsher allowed me to remain in severe pain for 3 1/2 weeks. When I discussed how his office ignored my pain, his first response started with, "First OF ALL..." This is not good patient care. I ignored the several public notices of his lost Malpractice suits. I was loyal?????? When I was in pain he began to lecture me.""""First of All...you will never see one more penny from my "patient" account. None of the above words will hurt this arrogant, money seeking, guy. But his wallet... probably different reaction? Do NOT allow your patients pain, especially do NOT ignore that patient's phone calls.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
