I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.
