I think this dentist office should be avoided too. the dental assistant takes too long to get back to you when they put you on hold. the other issue is that this doctor wanted to see me every 1 to 3 weeks. I think that is extreme for a dentist. I mean, my teeth are not in that great of shape but come on. the dental assistant kept annoying me on every visit to see an orthodontist because I have crooked teeth. I advised him that my mom and nephew have crooked teeth in some spots but they are not being nagged by their dentists that they need to see the orthodontist or else their teeth will fall out, they will subsequently starve to death, and someone will need to buy coffins from walmart's website. I think I will stick to just brushing, flossing and salt water mixes to help try to contain any disease I have in that area but I may stop going to dentists altogether. and since his dental assistants blatantly admitted to me that he is a perfectionist, this puts a whole different spin on his practice

This dentist office should be avoided at all costs. Here's why: I asked for a full estimate of the dental services that were needed several weeks prior to the day of my appointment to get the treatment. I requested that they submit a preauthorization to my insurance company, as well. On the day of the appointment, I was shown the pre approval and estimate. I agreed to the services listed on both of the documents and went back to the dental chair. After the dental treatment was complete, I was told by the office manager, that more work had done, than what I had authorized and that I would owe an additional $600. I refused to pay and and received not one satisfactory explanation of why I was not informed of this supposed additional treatment, prior to it being done. I complained to my insurance company and the state dental board, to no avail. The dental office is now threatening to send my account to collections.
