They called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Although I believe Dr. Wachuta is an excellent dentist and surgeon, I believe he is trying to upsell me services I don't need. He also schedules the most expensive proceedures first, and the free or low cost (Cigna Insurance) services last. For example, I asked if they could could try filling a tooth prior to doing a root canal they said I needed. While filling it, he even called in an assistant to show her how big an area he had to drill - embarrasing and unprofessional. That filling lasted 11 years before it loosened I finally had to have a root canal. This last vist I was told I needed two more root canals on teeth I don't have any problems with. When the receptionist tried to schedule these first, and not the free or low cost filling I was also told I needed, I walked out without scheduling anything.
