They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
