I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
