DO NOT go to this office. I called this office to see if they were PROVIDERS for my insurance. Their reply was "we maximize all insurance".This means, NO we are not providers for your insurance or any other insurance and we charge whatever we want and you pay the difference. I was told that I should see Robin (hygienist) by a friend of mine. Unfortunately, Robin had a busy schedule and I was scheduled with the other one Jessica. UGH! If you want to be held captive while she tells you about her 3 kids and her problems, get stuck in her chair! Dr. Ludlow was nice, but he is definately looking to pad his pockets. In the end, I was billed a ridiculous amount of money for "out of network costs". CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE before you to this office. They will not be honest with you.
