I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
