I needed new filling to replace the silver ones I got as a child. The dentist I was going to wanted $400 each filling and kept pressuring me. I called alot of dentists office trying to get pricing for the new fillings. Dr. Zaw's office was the only dentist office that would give me a price range per tooth for the new fillings. I have never had to wait in the lobby and am seen at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Zaw has never pressured me to have anything extra done and he is reasonably priced. His office is not fancy which is okay with me. I am paying for the dentist not the office remodel. When my work insurance changed I had to go to another dentist. I had to pay $400 over my insurance coverage for the same cleaning I received at Dr. Zaw's office which my insurance always covered. This year I changed insurance again so I can go back to Dr. Zaw. His office staff are always courteous and professional.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything.
