Dr. Robert Rossi and staff are the best Dental group I have ever been too. I drive all the way from Palm Springs to Encino because I know my teeth will be taken care of by a professional who really knows what he is doing. .

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
