Now I would think that a professional dental office, that did quality work at a fair price, would generate enough income to support the owner and his wife. There should be no need for them to generate additional income by resorting to “shorting” their tenant’s security deposits unjustly. As a landlord, I’m not sure that I would trust someone that would do that. That’s just my personal opinion.
