My mother saw a hygienist, Alma, 6-2013 and was very unhappy about how she was treated. She was treated very rough, and she was insulted in that the hygienist, Alma, showed her what "plaque" was. My Mother is 95+ years old and is very intelligent and conscious of her health and lives on her own with very little medication required . My Mother also has all of her teeth and she is in very good physical shape. If Dr. Haws could please take this as a coaching opportunity to his staff to not be condescending to his clients. Respect the fact that the clients can make an informed decision as to their personal health in which they may choose to seek a provider that is willing to engage a more satisfactory and pleasant experience in that the process of cleaning teeth is not always enjoyable. My mother saw Dr. Karl Haws for many years and was completely satisfied with his gentle treatment. At this time, she will be seeking a new Dentist elsewhere.
Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. For the last several years the quality of costumer services has been going down. The dentist haven doing a excellent job for me and my family, but the employees are making this establishment going down, there is no organization, billing is not done correctly and many other issues. I hope the doctors can see this and reestablish a good customer service that once had.
